Abstract

In the Spanish immigration regulations measures intended to ensure that victims of domestic violence foreign women not hindered their access to justice and full social care issues as foreigners are expected. However, the requirement for access to exceptional regimes is expected to prove the status of a victim of domestic violence, which can only be done by the means which the law relating to aliens includes: the protection order, the report of the Prosecutor and the final judgment. Here the practical problems posed by these mechanisms are addressed.
