Abstract

This work aims at denouncing the lack of an adequate account of international law in the recently published work La forma del derecho, by Fernando Atria. It tries to explain the reasons for such omission, exploring the theoretical positivism underlying the book and the connection between the notion of the rule of international law and human dignity.
