By the concept of hetero technique this paper addresses André Gorz work in three sections. In the first one, it summarizes the early work of that Austro-French author. In the second the origin and development of the concept of hetero technique, and, in the third it is presented some critical and conclusive notes on this author’s theory, in particular, on his erratic reading of Marx’s work. From the exposition of Gorz's theory some critical commentaries can be grasp on the technological development achieved linked to capital, from the ecology and an ethical humanism to the dogmatic and alienated thought, including current Marxist heterodoxy such as the “autonomist” one.
